Upon registering and agreeing to Greatness of Oud terms and conditions, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, and all provided information is accurate, current, and complete. You agree not to use the Website for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities towards any third party. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Website without notice if we suspect fraudulent account activity or behavior.

For inquiries, you can contact us via email at [email protected] during our office hours, Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm (excluding English Bank Holidays). Messages can be left outside office hours. We strive to address all inquiries within 24 working hours, but please note that emails will be handled in the order received due to our email system.

Greatness of Oud exclusively sells 100% genuine products and does not deal in fakes or replicas. Occasionally, we may sell damaged items or items without original packaging, as clearly stated in the product details, which does not compromise the product quality.

Please note that product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual received product. Variations in color, especially in cosmetic items, may occur due to limitations in photography and screen variations.

All stock and prices are subject to availability. Items in your basket may change during checkout, so kindly review your order before making payment.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa Debit, Visa) and PayPal. Greatness of Oud is not responsible for any charges or payment processing fees associated with your chosen payment method.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise approved by management.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT. If you use our Google Translate feature, please note that prices will still be charged in GBP (£) despite potentially displaying in an alternate currency during the order process.

We do not engage in price matching. Prices displayed in Euros (€) and US Dollars ($) are approximate conversions based on an average daily exchange rate. However, the final charge will be in GBP (£) during order processing, which might vary depending on the exchange rate at that time.

Greatness of Oud does not retain any credit or debit card details; all card payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Product prices are as stated on the website at the time of ordering, except in cases of obvious errors. If an error in the price of a product occurs, we reserve the right not to supply the item at the incorrect price. We will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order, refunding all funds.

Orders may undergo additional security checks at our discretion, including verification of payment or address details. We reserve the right to request an alternative payment method or cancel orders if necessary information isn’t provided.

In some instances, initially quoted postage prices may be insufficient to cover actual costs. If so, we may request payment for the postage price difference before dispatching the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders, limit item quantities, or deliver to the Billing Address only at our management’s discretion.

Promotional codes’ use may be restricted at our discretion, and their use in combination with each other may also be limited.

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes before dispatch.

Offensive or inappropriate language on gift cards may result in blank cards at Greatness of Oud discretion.

If we cannot fulfill part or all of your order due to stock unavailability, we will try to offer an alternative or refund payment. We will not be obliged to offer additional compensation for any disappointment caused.

Recipients are responsible for customs or import duties upon the parcel’s departure from the UK.

Please inform us if your UK order dispatched via Standard Tracked or Express Tracked Delivery hasn’t arrived after 15 working days; international orders must allow 30 working days. We can offer replacements or refunds for parcels deemed ‘missing’. No compensation will be granted for non-delivery in rare cases.

Certain product shipping restrictions to destinations outside mainland UK might incur additional postage costs. We’ll contact you to advise before dispatching the order.

We uphold the Data Protection Act 1988 and do not provide your details to third parties unless expressly permitted by you.

Complaints can be submitted in writing via post or email. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly, with full updates within 7 working days.

Greatness of Oud shall not be liable for failure to deliver goods, delays, or damage caused by circumstances beyond its control.
