DELIVERY INFORMATION

We provide delivery services to both the UK and Europe, with free delivery for orders exceeding £50.

For deliveries within the UK, we offer the following options:

• UK Standard Delivery (4-5 Working Days) – Free for orders over £50
• UK Second Class Delivery (2-4 Working Days) – £3.95
• UK First Class Delivery (1-3 Working Days) – £5.95
• UK Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days, weekdays only) – £9.95

For European destinations, we offer:

• EU Standard Delivery (8-10 Working Days) – £16.99 (customs fees may apply)
• United States and Canada (8-10 Working Days) – £35 (customs fees may apply)

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. To avail of express delivery, orders must be placed before 1 pm. Our order processing hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, excluding bank holidays. Orders received outside these hours are processed the next working day. Express delivery orders placed after 1 pm on Fridays are processed on the following Monday.
